Infatti … non ? mai troppo tardi per scoprire Transatlanticism e Plans dei Death Cab For Cutie (o D.C.F.C. d'ora in poi). Non ? materiale nuovo, ma lo era per ME 🙂 E adesso non riesco a staccarmene … averli scoperti prima, sono anche stati in Italia a Milano.

Una musica bella, forte, ONESTA … ecco cosa posso dire di questi 2 album. Tutto scorre benissimo … la musica funziona e i testi sono appassionanti. Ma ecco se dovessi definire questi 4 ragazzotti, direi che mi sembrano ONESTI, mi sembrano veri amanti della musica e lontani da tante falsit? e MASCHERE che si incontrano spesso in tanti gruppi al giorno d'oggi.
Li vedo suonare con passione in un video “rubato” alla trasmissione Saturday Night Live (capito merde… in televisione noi c'abbiamo Ligabue… tanto per dirne uno che ho visto stasera) si vede che si divertono, si vede che la musica ? tuttomapropriotutto per loro (oh…cazzo…questo mi suona bene…mi somigliano disse qualcuno) … a parte che nel suddetto video gira anche Scarlet Johansonn..ma questo ? un dettaglio 😛

Insomma Plans e Transatlanticism sono 2 dischi MERAVIGLIOSI, e NON E' MAI tropo tardi !!
